    • Profil : Skills & Attitude Requirements - At the same time have thorough analysis skills combined with the capacity to see the global picture, - Strong leader of your own team, with an iron fist in a velvet glove with the miscellaneous stakeholders (cross management), - Team Spirit and ability to work as a member of a Team in a coordinated & united manner - Interpersonal, communication skills, and reporting skills (verbal & formal) - Act as a representative & ambassador of the Company GL events on site, at the office and in all dealings with members of the OC and other Clients, their agents and contractors - Resourcefulness / Solution oriented approach to problem solving - Organised & rigorous, accurate - Fluent in English - Proactive / Ability to drive processes and people Extensive experience of multi-sport / multi-venue events look & feel and wayfinding signage - Technical knowledge of signage solutions and experience in scoping branding and wayfinding for major international events - Experience on the delivery side would be a plus - Proven management, leadership and budgetary management experience Temporary Contract : Scoping period : 30th October 2017 to 25ft january 2018 The contract may be renewed until October 2018 if the tender is succesful.

    We are looking for a Look & Wayfinding Scoping Manager

    Key Areas of Responsibilities & Scope of Works

    - Meet with relevant Functional Areas to assess their needs and requirements,
    - Prepare Interview Functional Areas Needs Report,
    - Identify major technical, organisational, legal and other projects' constraints

    - Undertake Site Visits to assess existing infrastructures
    - Take pictures and make relevant measurements if necessary
    - Identify technical operational constraints (site access,…)
    - Prepare Site Visit reports
    - Work with the Overlay Team to define scope for sites not yet completed

    - Make technical recommendations regarding branding & wayfinding solutions and write related technical specifications
    - Source and qualify local suppliers solutions

    - Draft key milestones of the Signage Project Planning
    - Establish preliminary budgets and draft operational planning
